We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Clerk to join our team in Ajman. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from AED 2,500 to AED 3,700, based on experience. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including recent graduates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including managing correspondence and organizing paperwork.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter information into databases and maintain filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
- Communication: Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a professional manner, providing assistance as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy of information.
- Inventory Management: Help manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that everything is stocked and functional.
- Project Assistance: Support project coordinators with administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
