Cloud Support Engineer – Fresher

We’re looking for a motivated and technically skilled Fresh Graduate to join our Cloud Support Engineering team. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for cloud-based services and infrastructure across multiple platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Monitor cloud environments and respond to system alerts, incidents, and service requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud deployments, networking, and applications
• Assist customers with cloud migration projects and implementation challenges
• Document technical procedures, solutions, and best practices
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Participate in on-call rotation to ensure 24/7 system availability
• Support backup and disaster recovery operations
• Maintain security protocols and compliance standards in cloud environments
• Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
• Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and services
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Understanding of virtualization technologies
• Basic scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred)
• UAE residency or eligibility to work in the UAE
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Digital Leader)
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Stackdriver)
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Previous internship or project experience in cloud technologies
