An esteemed desert safari company is on the hunt for a top-tier Safari Guide & 4×4 Driver to lead our premium desert experiences. This is a high-energy, high-skill role for a driver who is a true expert in dune bashing and navigating the vast, challenging desert landscapes that surround Al Ain. This position demands more than just driving; it requires mastery. You will be responsible for delivering a heart-pounding yet completely safe off-road adventure. In the evenings, your role will transition to that of a guide at our traditional Bedouin-style camp, where you will captivate guests with stories about the desert, its unique flora and fauna, and the history of the land, ensuring they have an authentic and spectacular experience under the stars. We are looking for the best in the business to deliver a world-class adventure.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience, including significant and demonstrable desert/dune driving expertise.
- Valid UAE driving license; a desert driving permit is highly desirable.
- Strong vehicle control skills and a deep, practical understanding of 4×4 mechanics and recovery techniques.
- A confident, commanding, and outgoing personality with excellent storytelling abilities.
